Where All Lines Converge
When I first moved to Prague, I became a regular user of the public transportation system here. This made me think about space; how we define our personal space, and the interaction with other individuals in a public space. While in the space of public transport, individuals share not only a moving vehicle of some sort, but similar goals- getting from one place to another. There are also social rules at play here, which to some degree, we are all aware of and react to. Issues of class are also another common factor among users of public transport, again, a uniting force, or depending on perspective, something that divides.
